Live Long, Feel Young – The Future of Aging

Are you afraid of being aged? Is this because you do not like the condition when you are at your 90s and cannot walk, talk, eat properly or do the nominal works for a living? How do you react if you come to know that there is an option of being aged but not feeling so? No, we are not talking about the mental age or “feel young from your heart” therapies. It is a physical feeling that you can get inside your body because of some diet and medicines. You may be at your 80s or 90s, but you will physically feel that you are at your 50s. Isn’t it great?

Not A Science Fiction

It is alright if you think it is a story of an upcoming science fiction after reading up to this. But no, it is not. There are researchers who work hard on the future of aging. They have been working on the field of geroscience for years. They have found a close connection between aging and some severe diseases like cancer, Alzheimer’s or heart disease. Their research has proved that the cellular processes that are responsible for also aging responsible for getting these diseases in the body. That means when your body cells are not aging then you can avoid the chance of having ailments that have a direct connection with your age.

The Basic Idea

Though the complete result of the research is not out it, so far it can be said that the basic concept is if one can treat the underlying factors or causes of getting physically old then he or she may delay all these diseases or stop them from affecting the cells as well. Tow thing is interrelated. If one will augment then, the other one will become faster and more powerful. Thus, you should try to stop the augmentation of the first one, and that can automatically prevent the second thing to become stimulated.

Live Long But Feel Young

Though the research is not aiming for extending the lifespan of people, to make their aging something painless and free from diseases. People can feel physically young and energetic because of this. It is not about increasing your lifespan, but it is all about increasing your period of being active and healthy. You can be at your 90s, but you should feel like you are just at your 50s.

Diet And Medicine

According to the researchers, there are some diets and medicines that can make you feel young even at your 80s. The diet chart can mimic fasting. The diet has low-protein and low-sugar foods that help you to stay fit and young. The growth of aging will become nominal in your body because of that diet. Apart from that, there are medicines that help your cells to get rid of malfunctioning protein.

The entire study needs some more times to get the final result. Till then we can hope for the best for those who are suffering from aging and the related diseases.
